Job Description:
- Assist on full spectrum of general administration & department admin support
- Assist on air ticket & hotel booking for team members
- Assist on document work
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- English level Grade 8 is a must
- Knowledge of German language is a plus
- 3rd or 4th grade student is preferred
- Can work at least 3-4 days per week, 5 days preferred
- Intern experience in assistant function is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented, results oriented, and enthusiastic
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Team work player
