Responsibilities: - Maintain and optimize programs such as employee train employee programs. - Play the role of coordinator in all training programs, including planning, liaising, managing training facilities and documents, training sessions and tracking assessment - Conduct training needs assessment & after training evaluation & training following up - Maintain training record and prepare training reports on a quarterly basis - Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager - Engage employees by editing quarterly company newsletter, maintain HR corner and Staff Letter Box - Support employees activities
Requirements: - At least 6 months internship in training & development role - Very good English, be able to edit English Newsletter & English training catologue on a half year basis - Quick learner - Good HR sense - Innovation & positive - The second year of postgraduate study and major in English is preferred
